A love so deep.

He uncovers eyes that have been blinded by pain, and recovers them with a purpose that gives hope.

Every time I look at my son, I find myself in awe of the beautiful soul my husband & I created. From the two of us came this tiny human. I couldn’t help to think as much as I love Harlem, there’s a love so much more deeper than I could even begin to give him. A love so unconditional. So forgiving & patient. God’s love touches our very inner depth places that have been hidden from the world’s view.

Pieces of our souls we’ve buried, sadness that seems to poke its head out occasionally. The parts of ourselves no one wants discovered. But God comes into our space, & heals things in us we didn’t know needed it. He doesn’t hold anything we’ve done in our past over us.

Mistakes made, forgiveness takes its place. He pulls out the very things that tried to suffocate the joy within. He uncovers eyes that have been blinded by pain, & recovers them with a purpose that gives hope. Today I encourage you to share God’s love with someone around you. Be the love that some may not get to experience at home, at work, a drive thru, or even at the grocery store. God’s love is contagious, just like a child’s laughter.
